The Varsity Seahawks got a great win tonight over South Florence, 38-14. It was a busy night at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium! A pre-game performance by the cheerleaders and Seahawk Sound at 6:00 pm and Homecoming Court was presented all before 7:30 pm kickoff! There was also the Induction of the Athletic Hall of Fame
It was a tough loss for the Varsity Football team tonight at Wilson. Final score was 41-38. It was the first loss for the team this season. The next game is Friday, Oct. 30 at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium. It is Homecoming and the Induction of our Hall of Fame Honorees.
The Varsity Football team pulled out a great region win on the road in a tough environment tonight. It was back and forth all night and tied several times during the game. The Seahawks were tough and with excellent teamwork pulled off the win. The final score was 40-35! Go Seahawks!
Varsity Football won a big game tonight against West Florence at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium. The final score was 51-14 with an outstanding showing by our Defense and the running game was on point tonight as West Florence tried to stop the passing game. Great team win tonight!! The Varsity Football team won on the road tonight at Georgetown High School. It was a non-region game but a great showing by the Seahawks Offense who scored 41 points and the Defense who kept Georgetown to only 7 points. The Defense also had an interception returned for a TD!
